Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 48 hours of ordering.
All items are subject to stock availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, Utopia Gifts Pty Ltd guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.
The term hamper is defined as a collection of food and non-food items packaged in a container such as a cardboard box or a basket. The type of container used for all hampers are stated in the website.
Please note that for photographic purposes props such as dishes and glasses may have been used. However all gift option contents are itemised fully and are fairly described in the website.
The products and services offered for sale by Utopia Gifts Pty Ltd are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products and services are not available to person under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
To maintain cost effective delivery charges, we contract our deliveries to various freight companies. Please be advised that once an item has left our premises, we no longer have control whatsoever of it. However we will do our utmost to track the gift and report back to the client the anticipated delivery time and date. We accept no responsibility for the freight component of the transaction and delivery charges are non-refundable.
We hand deliver and ship Australia wide. Same day, next day, second day depending on the destination.
All gifts are subject to a delivery charge dependent on the destination and/or the weight.
Please log onto www.heavenly.com.au/freight.asp enter the gift reference number and the destination postcode and we will calculate the freight for you.
Orders will be accepted daily for same day delivery for the Sydney Metropolitan area. Orders need to be placed before 10.00am EST to guarantee same day delivery.
A re-delivery charge will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery or if there has been an incorrect delivery address given, the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, or if there is not a safe place to leave the consignment.
Orders will be accepted as late in December as possible, but to avoid any disappointment we suggest that you place your orders by 11th December.
We are pleased to enclose your personal hand written message with each gift on Utopia Gifts Pty Ltd complimentary gift card. Please be advised that Utopia Gifts Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for misspelt names and addresses on the gift card or envelope. It is up to the client to advise our consultants of any varied spelling of the recipients name or address.
